About the Role
The People and Culture Lead is a driving force for a positive workplace culture at Filta, taking charge of all facets of the employee experience and leading the People and Culture team. This role ensures that Filta follows employment regulations and improves EOR systems. The People and Culture Lead also develops and champions initiatives centered on employee development and well-being, cultivating a diverse and thriving work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the department head on a people and culture strategy aligned with Filta’s business goals and foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace.
- Monitor tickets that address employee relations inquiries and provide support on relevant policies and procedures.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Improve and maintain Employee Relations (EOR) systems and processes.
- Drive initiatives and oversee employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, leading to a positive work environment.
- Lead employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Supervise and guide Employee Experience and Employee Relations Specialists.
Ideally, you have the following qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in People and Culture, focusing on onboarding, employee engagement, wellness, and employee relations.
- Experience in leading a team and guiding People and Culture Specialists to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Strong data analysis skills for interpreting surveys, feedback, and performance metrics to assess employee engagement and well-being.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management skills for handling multiple initiatives related to engagement, wellness, and offboarding.
- Proficiency in HRIS System, project management tools, and digital communication tools like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential employee data with integrity and professionalism.
