The ideal candidate's workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
The candidate will be required to use their own equipment to perform the role.
PHP80,000 -85,000 per month.
6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

Reporting directly to an Australian Manager, you are to develop and deliver high-quality structural designs, from concept through to detailed fabrication drawings, ensuring precision and alignment with client goals and project feasibility. The role involves utilizing Tekla and Revit for 3D modeling, shop drawing extraction, and close collaboration with structural engineers to ensure designs meet safety standards and structural integrity. Ultimately, the role supports the efficient execution of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Design: Develop initial designs, sketches, and layouts to align with client goals and project feasibility.
3D Modelling in Tekla: Create detailed and precise 3D models of structural elements for visualization and accuracy.
Shop Drawing Take-Off in Revit/Tekla: Extract detailed shop drawings for fabrication and assembly directly from 3D models.
Collaboration with Structural Engineers: Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are structurally sound and meet safety standards.

Experience & Software

At least 5 years of experience in civil structure drafting using TEKLA and REVIT.
Experience in working with Western companies, preferably Australians.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of structural design principles and building codes.
Experience in developing and interpreting concept designs.
