Work Conditions

Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
You’ll be required to use your own laptop.
PHP 60.000 to PHP 95,000 per month.
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday.
Required to work during Philippines Holidays.

About the Role

As an R&D Designer, you will be pivotal in delivering company projects from concept to completion, supporting the R&D Manager in the UK and other engineering team members. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong design, and technical problem-solving background.

Key Responsibilities

Support the R&D Manager in delivering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Collaborate with Design and Project Engineers, serving as a secondary client contact and ensuring contract fulfillment.
Create detailed 3D product designs, including manufacturing-level drawings, using CAD software.
Conduct testing programs, analyze data, and prepare reports for installation, quality, and weekly updates.
Research and apply relevant UK standards for product design, contributing to compliance and innovation.

Experience & Software

Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in a research and development role.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage tasks proactively to meet deadlines.
Experience in technical roles involving project planning, cost control, and supplier coordination.
Proficient in CAD modeling and design, preferably using SolidWorks or Inventor.
Strong analytical skills for data analysis, testing, and reporting.
