Work Conditions
- Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
- PHP 50,000 to PHP 90,000 per month.
- 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday.
- Resting during Philippine Holidays.

About the Role
This role reports directly to the CEO & Creative Director, who is based in New York. As the E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Strategy Expert, you will collaborate closely with leadership to drive the growth and success of Softlimit’s CRO services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping optimization strategies, working alongside design and development teams, and ensuring that clients achieve measurable improvements in their e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies to optimize website performance and increase conversions.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps.
- Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to enhance UX and conversions.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to align CRO strategies with business goals.
- Leverage tools such as Convert.com, Visually.io, Rebuy, and Heatmap tools for optimization.
- Provide detailed reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve conversions continuously.
- Stay updated with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging CRO techniques.
- Pitch and promote CRO services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and impact.
Experience & Software
- At least 3 years of experience as a CRO Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Shopify and e-commerce is a must.
- Strong knowledge of CRO tools such as Convert.com, Visually.io, Rebuy, and Heatmap tools is a key requirement.
- Expertise in A/B testing, conversion tracking, and web analytics.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with teams.
