As a Talent Partner, you won’t just be a recruiter; you’ll be a business talent expert—a strategic thinker who understands both people and market dynamics to make informed hiring decisions.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Talent Acquisition Process – From sourcing to securing top-tier talent, ensuring every hire aligns with our clients' long-term business goals.
  • Act as a Business Partner – Work closely with clients to understand their company culture, needs, and future workforce planning.
  • Engage and Influence – Build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients, providing strategic hiring insights that go beyond immediate vacancies.
  • Leverage Data and Market Insights – Analyze hiring trends and talent pipelines to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate with Confidence – Be a trusted advisor, engaging in high-level discussions with clients and candidates, ensuring clear expectations and seamless recruitment experiences.
  • Maintain a High-Quality Talent Pool – Proactively source and nurture top talent, keeping pipelines strong for future opportunities.
  • Think Ahead and Take Initiative – Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and take ownership of recruitment processes for maximum impact.

Desired Experience

  • We’re looking for professionals with a strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates have:
  • 3+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or In-House Talent Strategy.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong ability to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of driving results.
  • Experience in high-growth or scalable environments is a plus.
