As a Workforce Expert, you’ll be the strategic advisor that our clients rely on to manage, grow, and support their remote teams across regions. This is your opportunity to play a key role in building lasting global partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients.
- Lead onboarding processes and collaborate on recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, team structure, and performance management.
- Advise clients on employment laws, cultural norms, and best practices for managing remote teams.
- Handle client escalations and coordinate internal teams for resolution.
- Support clients in salary reviews, restructures, retention strategies, and performance improvement plans.
- Build long-term client relationships that encourage growth and trust.
Technical Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A professional license is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or a related role, preferably in a multi-country environment.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and operational initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in client management across various territories.
