  • The offer is inclusive of a laptop + Internet allowance + HMO for you and your dependent within the first month (with Covid insurance coverage).
  • Your workstation needs to be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
  • Shift time is from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am Philippine Time, Monday to Friday.
  • PHP 70.000 to 120,000 per month depending on experience

About the Role

Report to a manager based in Ireland. You'll oversee high-quality audit assignments for diverse clients, from fieldwork to final reports, ensuring timely completion. Your role involves supervising and guiding junior team members throughout the process, contributing to their commitment to excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Rolling forward the planning section of the audit file.
  • Drafting the books and record list.
  • Drafting high-quality financial statements and audit reports that include practical recommendations to address all risk issues and control weaknesses identified during the assignment, with a clear supporting rationale.
  • Clearing review points and updating financial statements and audit findings reports.
  • Delivering audit assignments to a high standard of quality, ensuring conformance with FRS102, Irish, and UK GAAP, addressing key risks effectively, and adhering to allotted timescales, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Liaising closely and building effective working relationships with staff in all disciplines (tax, company secretarial, etc.) to facilitate and support the audit process.
  • Managing the day-to-day supervision, on-the-job training, and mentoring of junior staff allocated to audit assignments.
 

You will have the following experience and qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience as an Auditor in a UK or European chartered firm.
  • Being certified as a Public Accountant is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable understanding of risk, Irish and UK GAAP, FRS102, and awareness of topical issues.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with a varied clientele spanning multiple industries.
